I have had a life-long interest in making people feel better. In High School, I was an Athletic Trainer, helping the Basketball and Soccer teams through first aid and injury prevention. In college, I studied Human Physiology at the University of Texas at Dallas.

My college classes prepared me for massage school, and I excelled there as well, getting top marks in anatomy and physiology. I have trained extensively in Swedish Massage and Sports Therapy, as well as some training in light reflexology, acupressure and trigger-point therapy.

Full-Body Massage:
This is massage of the back, legs, feet, hands, arms and head and is done on the massage table. The client undresses to their own level of comfort and is draped with a sheet and/or a blanket. There are two two varieties: soothing and invigorating. A full-body massage takes from one to two hours and is priced by the session, $55 per massage.

Seated Chair Massage:
This is massage of the back, hands, shoulders and scalp and is done on the massage chair. It is usually done through clothing and takes either 15 or 30 minutes --- 15 minutes for $15, 30 minutes for $25.

Hand Massage:
Thorough massage of both hands, great for the relief of cramps, overwork or minor aches and pains. It takes about ten minutes and costs $10.

Foot Massage:
Thorough massage of both feet, including a warm foot bath (aromatherapeutic oils available at no extra charge). Takes about 15 minutes, including the foot bath. $12.

Deluxe Foot Massage:
Takes around 30 minutes and includes a foot bath. $28.

Combination Packages:
Hands and Feet (including foot bath):$18
Hands, Feet and Scalp (including foot bath):$23
Deluxe Foot, Hand and Scalp:$39

The Headache Relief Package:
Using a combination of massage and acupressure, we will tackle and tame your tension or sinus headache. Done on the massage chair or on a regular chair - may include a foot bath. This takes about 20 minutes and costs $20 and (here's the best part) it is guaranteed! If your headache is not mostly gone - you pay nothing! Zero! (Guarantee applies only to sinus or tension headaches, however.)

For the low price of only $35 per hour, I can come to your workplace and set up chair massages (minimum two hours, please; advance notice required-a week or two is customary). Contact me for more information.
